Adopting constant temperature closed-loop control operation mode-the temperature change rate is controllable,and the temperature is automatically raised and lowered according to a certain slope; that is, the heating temperature of the workpiece and the output power of the power supply are automatically controlled, and the temperature reaches the set value to maintain constant temperature operation. The process-type PID temperature control program supports heating of workpieces as small as a few grams to hundreds of tons, and its rapid characteristics can be used for rapid temperature control in seconds;

In the PID closed-loop program, an inert link transfer function is added to solve the problem of the measurement delay of the temperature signal. Through the exponential/logarithmic reduction operation, the actual temperature of the workpiece can be quickly restored. Now, whether it is thermocouple temperature measurement or infrared temperature measurement, excellent fast PID temperature control without overshoot can be achieved.
