So how to maintain the induction coil in the process of daily use?
It is explained from the following aspects:
1. To install correctly:
The most basic requirement for the use of the equipment is correct installation, and the contact plate, whether bolts, cams, etc., shall be close to the output end of the quenching transformer, and the contact surface shall be clean without oxide scale. At the same time, the effective ring and working clearance must reach the specified value to prevent short circuit and other accidents.
2. The workpiece heated by quenching shall meet the requirements of workpiece size. The size of the workpiece is the same as that of the process. The size of the quenching surface and the positioning surface of the workpiece shall meet the process requirements to prevent the sensor from being damaged.
3. Check the size of the effective ring regularly. The effective ring must be checked regularly. If errors are found, they must be changed in time. The clearance between the effective ring and the working must reach the specified value to avoid production short circuit, burn, etc. Therefore, the axis of the effective ring and the axis of the workpiece shall be concentric as far as possible, and the relevant positioning blocks and plates must be kept parallel or vertical.
4. Clean and wipe the working surface of the effective ring in time. The quenching surface of the workpiece is not allowed to have residual iron filings. The contact between the inductor and the workpiece will ignite and burn the high-frequency inductor.
5. Regularly use the internal circulation sensor of descaling agent to remove the scale inside. The effective circle with the largest current carrying capacity shall regularly check the outlet water temperature. The outlet water temperature must not exceed 50 ℃.
